DTW-241 WASHER:
- can be mounted on a foundation or used as a portable unit
- cleaning carried out by spraying water at a pressure of 2 to 4 bar from nozzles located in the floor and on the sides of the washer
- the device is activated by stepping on a pedal coupled to a magnetic sensor or by a photosensor responding to movement
- impurities accumulating in the tank are removed automatically with a scraper scraper
- use in waste management facilities in mines, industrial facilities and construction sites
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:
Cleaning of wheels and undercarriages is carried out by spraying water at high pressure
(3-4 bar)from sprinklers located in the floor and on the sides of the washer. The device is activated by the vehicle's overrun on a pedal coupled to a photosensor. Optionally, it is also possible to switch on the device by an external photosensor responding to the movement of an approaching car. The water level in the main tank is adjusted automatically by a regulating valve. The vehicle passes through the washer at a speed of about 5 km/h, after leaving the washer the water supply is cut off. Dirt accumulating in the tank is automatically removed by a scraper conveyor.
