Model designed for washing wheels and chassis with medium level of dirt

BASIC INFORMATION:

• The washer requires foundation, but the reduced tank allows to reduce preparatory work,
• cleaning is carried out by spraying water at a pressure of 2 to 4 bar from nozzles in the floor and on the sides of the car wash (adjustable)
• the possibility of washing vehicles with a width of up to 2.8 m
• design of the washer allows washing at a length of 3m (full rotation of the wheel)
• the device is activated by means of a photosensor that reacts to the movement of an approaching vehicle
• impurities accumulating in the tank are removed automatically with a scraper scraper
• use mainly in waste management facilities

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

Cleaning of wheels and undercarriages is accomplished by spraying water from sprinklers located in the floor and on the sides of the washer. The device is activated by an external photosensor that reacts to the movement of an approaching car. The water level in the main tank is adjusted automatically by a regulating valve. The vehicle passes through the washer at a speed of about 5 km/h, after leaving the washer the water supply is cut off. Dirt accumulating in the tank is automatically removed by a scraper conveyor.
