The CONCEPT SYSTEM is a simple structure consisting of five main components: a concrete bunker, a plastic container, a pedestrian platform, an inlet basket and a security platform. It uses a pedestrian platform that opens with two industrial gas cylinders, making it very easy to open. Inside the concrete bunker is a polyethylene container with a closed bottom(loading from the back) or open bottom(loading from the top) with a capacity of up to 5m3. The container can be adapted to a variety of hitching systems to fit cranes on existing collection vehicles. The system is complemented by an attractive inlet column and a safety platform that meets European standards
Waterproof concrete bunker
Concrete bunkers are uniform in nature, which allows them to be placed individually or in groups in various configurations. The composition of the materials used in its production prevents water infiltration and allows installation in areas with higher phreatic levels.
Lightweight container
The polyethylene containers are designed to provide exceptional mechanical resistance. The body has no metal parts in contact with waste, and the metal parts used to manipulate the container are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. We offer a wide range of capacities from 450L to 5m3, ready for loading from the back(closed bottom) or loading from the top(top loading).

Sotkon has developed a wide range of containers that are exceptionally rugged and easy to adapt to existing rear- and top-loading waste collection vehicles:
- a container with a closed bottom and front ridge (450 l and 1 m³ capacity) and a wing and pivot arm (1 m³ and 3 m³ capacity) for rear-loading garbage trucks with EN840-2 container lifting arms complemented by a light crane on top (single hook);
Pedestrian platform
The pedestrian platform is made of laminated steel sheet, properly protected against corrosion in harsh environments. The pedestrian platform unlocks with a special key. Opening and closing is carried out by two gas springs (manual) or by a 24V electric cylinder (fully automated). The design of the guard allows full integration with the surrounding paved surface.
Collection process
The collection process can be carried out by a single operator. The pedestrian platform is opened with a special key that unlocks it and lifts it with two gas cylinders or with a voltage 24V electric actuator, for fully automatic opening.

The inlet baskets are distinguished by their simplicity and functionality, as well as their carefully designed, attractive appearance. Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, they provide durability and aesthetics even in harsh environments.
