CONTAINER WASHING MACHINE TCI 130 - DMC - 7.5 - 24 T

The TCI 130 is the latest model in TECME's product line. It is a richer version of the LIMPMATIC washer, which was developed to meet the highest standards of container hygienization.

Like the LIMPMATIC body, it is mounted on chassis with a maximum GVW of 24 tons. It is the most technologically advanced solution in the entire TECME product range. The washing procedure is carried out 100% automatically, and the powerful water tank allows long operation without the need for refilling. The sloping loading system used for the washing chamber allows for even more precise cleaning process, especially of the critical points of the container - that is, their upper and lower parts and edges. The work of the patented washing robot is even more efficient. The container lifting system, in response to customer expectations, is made entirely of stainless steel.

• The technical solutions used allow simultaneous washing of two containers with capacities up to 360 l

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

The containers, after being placed in the adapter of the hydraulic lifting device, are placed in the working position inside the washing chamber. After closing the flaps of the chamber, the automatic high-temperature washing and disinfection process takes place at a pressure of 160 bar. The device is equipped with a system of automatic rotary heads for internal washing and a system of washing nozzles for external washing. In special cases, it is possible to use detergents to support the washing process and a disinfectant dosing system.
